Expert witness testimony for Defendants or Plaintiffs. Assist in trial preparation, review of pre-trial material, written opinion, deposition and trial testimony. Nationwide safety consultation and claims investigation. Specializing in OSHA compliance for construction, agriculture, manufacturing, petrochemical, off-shore oil and gas, deep-water marine, entertainment venues, hotels and motels, school districts and municipalities. Development of accident prevention programs, jobsite safety programs, claims and accident analysis and jobsite safety surveys designed to identify and correct jobsite hazards. Identification of physical hazards, safety analysis, safety audit and inspection, monitoring health and environmental hazards, accident investigation, implementation of corporate safety and risk management program for a company that is heavily involved in real estate investment, telecommunications, television programming and operation, hotel operations, operation of convention centers and a sports franchise. Duties included safety training, claims handling and securing various insurance coverage.
1976 to 1986
Sline Industrial Painters/SIPCO
Responsible for implementation of corporate safety and health program for a company heavily involved in construction and maintenance in the petrochemical, pipeline, paper mill, offshore oil and gas, deep draft marine, and nuclear power industry. Duties included job inspection, conducting safety audits, training, noise and air sampling, writing and implementing corporate safety standards and policies, and providing guidance to top management. Other duties included implementation of the corporate Affirmative Action Program (E.E.O.) and monitoring environmental and hazardous waste activities (E.P.A.). Cleared by D.I.S. to work on restricted federal programs, including coordination of security activities.
